moss Designs is an urban hip hop/comic book art/anime cartoon influenced line of shirts, polos, jackets, caps, beanies, messenger bags, and printed artwork geared towards youth, young adults, and the young at heart.

Visual Artist and Designer George Moss aka “Gmoss” has a mission to encourage all people through Art and Fashion. George Moss believes if it was not for his parents, his brother, and his friends who encouraged him he would not have pursued his dreams of creating his own line of art and clothing. George has been drawing since the age of six. As a graduate of Hollywood Christian High School in Hollywood, Florida he was selected to attend the National Youth Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C.. Continuing his education, he graduated with Honors from International Fine Arts College, now known as Miami International University of Art & Design. His talent has earned him the distinguished recognition as a selected member of Who’s Who Among Junior Colleges. After graduation, George worked part-time at a tax agency while doing graphic design work on the side.

Unbeknown to George his life would take a major turn for the best after answering an ad for a black-and-white illustrator. He went in for the interview thinking it was for a graphic artist position and during the process found that it was in fact a position in fashion design. That year in 1999, George began working as a Technical Clothing Illustrator at one of the best designing companies, in Miami, Florida, Perry Ellis! The experience he gained there shaped his drawing skills and his character. George felt it was one of the most challenging and best experiences he has ever had in his life. Moss excelled in his career and he became an Assistant Technical Designer. George credits his faith for his success, believing that God has always brought friends and mentors in his path to help him reach the next level in the fashion industry.

In 2005, George and his parents launched his company, GMoss Designs™. Gmoss Designs is a company formed to express powerful messages through graphic arts, technical fashion illustration, and product development. The line consists of an urban hip hop/comic book art/anime cartoon influenced line of shirts, polos, jackets, caps, beanies, messenger bags, and printed artwork geared towards youth, young adults, and young the young at heart.
